Leadership Development
Organizations Unlimited's leadership training is not primarily about adding skills or acquiring tools; it is about applying more of your authentic self to your work and releasing the leadership power that is already part of your basic nature. It's about how to be a leader who generates energy and commitment in others—not about learning a long list of all that the best leaders do in their finest hours and then trying to live up to that.
- Workshops
- Open enrollment workshops: for people from any company or multiple companies, held periodically on request.
- Participants: 5 to 20 participants
- Duration: 3-5 full days, in residence at conference facility
- Content: 360o feedback, highly interactive learning
- Client-tailored workshops: designed specifically for client need. For example, the Technology Leadership
Development Workshop developed in 1994 for DuPont (and later adapted for Pioneer Hi-Bred) has been provided for
over 850 participants.
- Participants: 18-24
- Duration: 5-8 days, in residence at conference facility
- Sessions: usually in two sessions separated by a "learning and practice" period
- Content: multiple feedback instruments, including two 360o reports, small team collaborative learning, highly introspective
- Open enrollment workshops: for people from any company or multiple companies, held periodically on request.
Executive Coaching
- One-on-one coaching for personal breakthroughs in leadership effectiveness. The essence of this work is helping clients discover their blind spots and acquire new, more successful perspectives and behaviors. The key to breakthroughs is deeper self-awareness; the process involves coaching conversations, peer interviews, real-time observation, and experimenting with new approaches.
